In the center of much poverty stands the outreach ministry where Pastor Steve provides a unique and effective forum of Christian theology to the homeless, drug addicts, and handicap. He offers inspiring sermons on the wisdom of God and the faith the Bible teaches in turning your life around. He allows those who were once lonely and confused to take the microphone and provide their testimonies. Not only does he provide a place where people can get spiritual and physiological help but he provides tangible things that are needed for every day life. Such as food, bus passes, clothing and other items.

A few blocks from his ministry he has a building called the "Jesus House" for homeless men. Also less then a mile away he provides shelter for battered and homeless women named the, "Mercy House". You need not ask how effective his services are to the community because many of the former, alcoholics, drug addicts, paraplegics, help run each facility. He has proved a family atmosphere and a purpose for living for many people who have no one. About a four hour drive is a drug rehabilitation center that has helped many of our nation’s inner city and suburban troubled youth become free of Heroin addictions and other drugs.
